頂管施工中存在由于地質條件變化、地下地上管線、距離構筑物近、有毒有害氣體等復雜作業環境而引發的風險,內蒙古頂管施工是一種非開挖敷設管道的技術,由于它不需要開挖面層,能穿越地面構筑物和地下管線及公路、鐵路、河道,節省大量投資和時間,對城區的交通、噪音、粉塵的危害和影響大大降低,因此,近年來它被廣泛應用于市政工程敷設大量給排水、煤氣、電力和通信管道等工程。
頂(ding)(ding)管(guan)(guan)(guan)施工(gong)(gong)是(shi)在(zai)(zai)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)的(de)沿線按設(she)計方案設(she)置(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)井(jing)和接(jie)收(shou)(shou)井(jing),工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)井(jing)內設(she)置(zhi)足夠(gou)強(qiang)度的(de)后(hou)靠(kao)背,吊進(jin)工(gong)(gong)具頭(tou)、油(you)壓(ya)千(qian)斤頂(ding)(ding)及(ji)要頂(ding)(ding)進(jin)的(de)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)或鋼筋混(hun)(hun)凝土管(guan)(guan)(guan),接(jie)好照明(ming)、泥(ni)漿(jiang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、油(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)等管(guan)(guan)(guan)線,然后(hou)用油(you)壓(ya)千(qian)斤頂(ding)(ding)緩慢頂(ding)(ding)進(jin),通過(guo)壓(ya)漿(jiang)系統(tong)使管(guan)(guan)(guan)節周圍形成泥(ni)漿(jiang)套(tao),管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)在(zai)(zai)泥(ni)漿(jiang)套(tao)中(zhong)滑行。在(zai)(zai)頂(ding)(ding)進(jin)過(guo)程中(zhong)通過(guo)激(ji)光經緯儀(yi)測量頂(ding)(ding)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)方向,邊(bian)頂(ding)(ding)進(jin)邊(bian)排(pai)土邊(bian)糾偏,直至(zhi)將鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)或鋼筋混(hun)(hun)凝土管(guan)(guan)(guan)頂(ding)(ding)至(zhi)接(jie)收(shou)(shou)井(jing)內。
國內一(yi)些風(feng)險(xian)管(guan)理學者認為,風(feng)險(xian)是給(gei)定條件(jian)下(xia),特(te)定時間(jian)內發生不良后果的(de)可能性。頂(ding)(ding)管(guan)施工中(zhong)的(de)風(feng)險(xian),是指頂(ding)(ding)管(guan)施工過程(cheng)中(zhong)發生事(shi)故或損(sun)失的(de)不確定性。頂(ding)(ding)管(guan)施工過程(cheng)中(zhong)可能遇到的(de)風(feng)險(xian)有:

沿管線地質(zhi)土層變(bian)化頻(pin)繁,頂管施工(gong)未了解(jie)地質(zhi)土層的變(bian)化情況(kuang);對于要(yao)經過的軟基、溶洞等(deng)施工(gong)段沒有(you)提前處(chu)理,以致(zhi)造成地表有(you)過大的下沉而引起塌(ta)陷。
有毒(du)有害氣體
頂管(guan)施(shi)工的地(di)(di)層一般會通(tong)過淤泥(ni)層,腐爛動(dong)、植物體(ti)會在地(di)(di)下形成有毒有害(hai)(hai)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)聚集(ji)體(ti),如果在頂管(guan)施(shi)工時沒有對有毒有害(hai)(hai)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)進行檢測,也沒有采取(qu)通(tong)風等措(cuo)施(shi),則施(shi)工人員在這樣的作(zuo)業環境下易(yi)發生(sheng)(sheng)中毒事(shi)故,危害(hai)(hai)施(shi)工人員的健康和生(sheng)(sheng)命。
